After signing in, in Account → Orders. Statuses: placed → paid → in production → shipped / ready for pickup → completed. We notify you of changes by e-mail.

Yes - the order details have a “Reorder” button that copies the items and full personalisation back into the cart. Handy for repeat business orders.

Vectors (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, CDR), photos for 3D crystal (JPG, PNG) or just a few words - we’ll set the layout for you. Maximum file size is 10 MB.

Yes - in the cart you set the engraving text, dimensions and font for each item. We confirm an exact layout preview before cutting; nothing goes to the laser without your approval.

Yes, personalisation is attached to each item and editable from the cart until you place the order.

Online via Przelewy24 - BLIK, cards and instant transfers. Business orders can be settled by invoice with deferred payment.

Items without a final price (e.g. series, industrial work) are submitted as a request - no upfront payment. Once we prepare a quote, you accept and pay online in Account → Quotes.

Fixed-price items are paid online right away; “for quote” items go as a request within the same order - we quote and settle them separately.

Personal pickup at the workshop in Mielec (free) or shipping to your address. We ship manually - the delivery cost is set individually after the order is placed.

Online payment covers the value of the goods. Delivery cost is set separately after the order, depending on size and address - there’s no automatic courier choice or tracking.

Yes. At checkout you enter invoice details and the delivery address separately; saved addresses from your account are suggested automatically.
