§1General provisions
The online shop available at the grawerstwomielec.pl domain is run by Grawerstwo Józef Kardyś, ul. Hetmańska 30a, 39-300 Mielec, NIP 000-000-00-00, REGON 000000000 (the “Seller”).
Contact: [email protected], tel. +48 728 770 542. These terms set out the rules for using the shop and concluding sales contracts.
§2Definitions
- Customer - a natural person, legal person or organisational unit placing an order.
- Consumer - a Customer who is a natural person concluding a contract not directly related to their business activity.
- Personalised product - a product manufactured to the Customer's specification (text, file, dimensions).
§3Placing orders
Orders are placed via the shop's cart or by individual quote. A contract is concluded when the Customer confirms the order with a payment obligation and receives an order confirmation.
The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the data and engraving content provided (spelling, dates, dimensions).
§4Personalisation & files
Before production the Customer receives a preview of the engraving. Production starts only after the preview is approved. Accepted file formats: PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG.
The Customer declares that they hold the rights to the supplied graphics and logos.
§5Prices & payment
All prices are gross prices in PLN and include VAT. Available payment methods: Przelewy24, BLIK, payment card and bank transfer. An invoice is issued on request.
§6Lead time & delivery
Standard shop products are dispatched within 48 hours of payment and preview approval. Delivery details are described in “Delivery & payments”.

§7Right of withdrawal
A Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products made to the Consumer's specification (Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
§8Complaints
The Seller is liable for conformity of the goods with the contract. Complaints can be submitted to [email protected]. They are considered within 14 days.
§9Personal data
The data controller is the Seller. Personal data is processed to perform the contract, in line with the privacy policy.

§10Final provisions
In matters not covered here, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms; changes do not affect orders already placed.
